Camera Ready Manuscript Submission Guidelines
Authors of accepted papers (both for the long and the short papers) should submit the Camera Ready version of their papers by following these steps:
  1. Please follow the Springer LNCS author instructions (link to http://www.springer.com/computer/lncs?SGWID=0-164-6-793341-0) to prepare the camera ready manuscript of up to 10 single spaced pages. Additional pages including all figures, tables, and references (with a maximum of 2 per paper) may be purchased for $100 per page (see the Registration page).
  2. Fill out the Springer LNCS copyright form (ftp://ftp.springer.de/pub/tex/latex/llncs/LNCS-Springer_Copyright_Form.pdf),
(Title of the Book or Conference Name: "IEA/AIE 2015", Volume Editor(s): "Moonis Ali et al.")
The copyright form can also be found in the following.
  3. Create a .zip file, including the following items:
    • The .pdf of the manuscript
    • The source files of the manuscript (i.e., either a .doc or .docx file, or a subfolder with all relevant LaTeX files)
    • The signed Springer LNCS copyright form.
    • A filled out Excel file with additional paper information (corresponding author info, full list of authors, and suggestion for abbreviated running head)
  4. Name the compressed file according to your paper ID (e.g., if your paper ID is 83, then the compressed file should be named "83.zip").
  5. Go to the submission page (http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=ieaaie2015), select your accepted paper, click on "Submit a new version", and submit both your camera ready manuscript (e.g., "83.pdf") and the compressed file (e.g., "83.zip", as an 'attachment') via the Easychair system on or before March 18, 2015.
  6. Finally, to have your paper included in the proceedings, one author of the paper should register for the conference on or before March 18, 2015 (if one author has more than one paper, there is a discount of $50 for each additional paper).
