 At least one author must pay registration fee for each paper. - Authors must register by March 18, 2015 with payment in order for their paper to be included in the proceedings. If an author has more than one paper, he/she must register for each paper ($50 discount for each subsequent paper.) Furthermore, an author can obtain additional pages in the proceedings with a maximum of two pages. Each additional page costs $100.
- The $50 members discount is available to those who are a member of at least one of the sponsoring and cooperating organizations.
- Regular registration fee includes your attendance at all conference sessions, lunches, coffee breaks, the welcome reception, the banquet, and one copy of proceedings.
- Additonal tickets for the banquet cost $110 each.
